This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Flowelle, operated by Elite Bridge LLC.

1. General Return Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, leakproof underwear, menstrual underwear, and similar intimate products cannot be returned or refunded once opened, worn, washed, tried on, or removed from their original packaging.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened underwear
- Worn underwear
- Washed underwear
- Used leakproof or menstrual underwear
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital products, including ebooks or PDF guides
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@flowelle-underwear.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

If you ordered the wrong size, please contact us at contact@flowelle-underwear.com. We will do our best to help, but opened or worn intimate products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return if your item qualifies under this policy.

9. Final Sale Items

Products marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Not Restocking” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
